About Kaizen Club: With more than 15 years in the experience of working with manufacturing companies, we understand there is a wide gap between "What Industry expects" and "What the Institutions Offers". The current Industry readiness programs offered in the colleges focuses on providing Software related training (Design Oriented) and Soft Skills Oriented training for the students. However, more than 90% of the jobs in the manufacturing sector are shop floor oriented, which the students are not aware of.

Kaizen Club aims to help mechanical engineering students become Job Ready by training them on what the industry wants. For e.g. Our Industry Readiness Program explains the basic knowledge required in working in Production, Purchase, Maintenance functions. An engineer generally acquires this knowledge only after joining the work but the industry expects them to know before joining the work.

We are adding a lot of video courses in the coming days, specifically on Lean Manufacturing tools, Supply Chain Management and also various Engineering Concepts explained in simple manner.
